Both Sam and Luke are very flexible and understanding. Luke has a great way of getting the best out of me exercise wise without being pushy. I’ve made huge improvements in a short time under his instruction. Has been great working with him.

Sam did my session I think he’s the main guy, he was super helpful and pushed me in the right way, something I’ve always struggled with. He’s made me believe I can improve my health. I can’t wait for session each week. Worth every penny can’t go wrong. Being so flexible around my work life has made it possible for me to get in the best shape of my life

Working with Sam has been an absolute dream, I was having a hard time meeting my goals and he set me on a straight path. His way of working was different to the others in my area as I tried others but they seemed basic and not as caring but with Sam he was patient and understood what needed to be done to help me improve.
